Rental conditions VillaVoigt
We wish you a warm welcome to VillaVoigt. We have put a lot of effort into making the house as attractive as possible and hope you have a great holiday in VillaVoigt.
General:
If you miss something in the apartment or if you need help, please ask us immediately. That is the only way we can quickly remedy any shortcomings. We are happy to answer questions about the house or for information about the area, travel tips etc.
Usual items that are present or belong in the holiday home may be used by our tenants. However, be careful with things in and around the house.
Nobody breaks something on purpose, but it can still happen that something breaks. We would like to know immediately if something is broken, preferably not until after your departure or that we find out when the new tenants move in.
The tenants are liable for damage if they, their fellow travelers or their guests have caused it. However, this is not about very small things, such as a broken drinking glass.
VillaVoigt is not liable for damage to property and valuables of the tenants. VillaVoigt is not liable for accidents.
Place your ski equipment in the designated ski booth or boot closet.
In case of loss of a key, the tenant is obliged to reimburse the costs for a new key. These costs are € 80.
The landlord has the right to enter the property if necessary.
Kitchen/bath:
Keep in mind that crockery should be clean in the cupboards. The same goes for cutlery, pans, and other utensils you may have used.
Please separate your waste (paper/cardboard, plastic can be put in the appropriate bags in the storage room). Residual waste goes into the black bin outside.
The refrigerator must be emptied, the dishwasher must be cleared out.
When you leave, leave the kitchen as you found it. No waste, food residues, harmful liquids etc. may be thrown or poured into the sink, washbasin, shower and toilet
Living area
We ask you not to enter the house with street shoes or ski boots. The front door must be locked when leaving the house and at night.
For the smokers
We ask you not to smoke in the house. The covered terrace offers the possibility to smoke. Ashtrays are available and must be used.
Sound:
In the interest of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe silence from 10 pm.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Arrival/Departure:
On the day of arrival, the house is available from 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to provide your estimated time of arrival via info@villavoigt.at. Upon departure, we would like to ask you to vacate the house before 11 a.m.
Number of persons:
The number of people specified when booking may not be exceeded without the landlord’s consent. With more tenants and their guests we reserve the right to increase the price. The admission of other guests from outside also requires permission from the landlord.
Payment terms:
The rental price is contractually agreed. All costs for electricity, water and heating are included, just as bed linen and towels. An amount of € 75.00 is charged for cleaning. The published price is the rental price.
The down payment is 25% of the total rental price, and will be agreed in writing and must be transferred to the account specified by us within 10 days. As soon as the deposit or the entire amount has been received on our account, the reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or by post. If the tenant is in default with more than 14 days, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement without notice and to rent the holiday home to someone else.
The full rental amount must be on the account of VillaVoigt no later than 14 days before the start of the holiday.
Cancellation/withdrawal of the contract:
At the latest 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the tenants, the contract can be canceled by the contract partner without paying cancellation costs.
- Outside the above period, cancellation is only possible with the following cancellation costs: 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total package price
- 1 month to 1 week before the arrival day: 70% of the total package price
- in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total package price
